Bio

This is the GSE (Group Study Exchange) Journal of Rev. Dr. Stephen F. Duncan
GSE is a project of the Rotary International which allows professionals from around the world to travel to other places, grow and learn in their field(s) and share their experiences with others.

I am a full-time elementary music educator, a part time college professor and a non-stipendiary Oriental orthodox priest.

I work in La Marque, Texas, and live in Galveston, Texas

I work with the oldest Orthodox Church in Texas. Saints Constantine and Helen Serbian Orthodox Church was built by Holy Passion-bearer Tsar Nicholas, was visited by Saint Raphael Hawaweeny and was re-dedicated after the Great Storm of 1900 by Saint Tikhon.
